On 04082026 at 0902 hours- Deputies were dispatched to the 9100 Block of Ridge Lane, Milford, KS for an Animal Bite, this case is still under investigation. 

On 04082026 at 1227 hours- Deputies arrested Africa Ingram of Junction City, KS in the 200 Block of South Washington St, for Driving While Suspended. 

On 04082026 at 1540 hours- Deputies arrested Jalen Gill of Junction City at 826 N. Franklin on four counts of Violation of Kansas Offender Registration Act.

On 04092026 at 0327 hours- Deputies arrested Baron Martin of Minneapolis, MN on I-70 at mile marker 296 for 2 counts of Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an open container, Speeding in a construction zone, Destroy or alter VIN on vehicle. 

April 9

The Geary County Sheriff’s Office responded to or self-initiated a total of (32) Incidents, resulting in (7) cases, (1) citations and (2) arrests.

On 04092026 at 0656 hours- Deputies arrested Treshawn Wise of Milford, KS in the 9000 Block of Quarry Road for two counts of Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Interference with Law Enforcement, and Criminal Damage to Property. 

On 04092026 at 1123 hours- Deputies were dispatched to I-70 Westbound at Mile Marker 292 for a single vehicle traffic accident. Elaine Blankenship of West Salem, Illinois. Was traveling in her 2010 Lincoln MXZ when she hydroplaned. This caused her to enter the ditch causing functional damage to the vehicle. No injuries reported and the vehicle was removed from the scene by Elaine. 

On 04092026 at 1724 hours- Deputies were dispatched to I-70 Eastbound at Mile Marker 316 for a single vehicle accident. Samantha Meseke of Alma, KS was traveling Eastbound in her 2025 GMC Sierra when she struck a washing machine that was in the roadway. The vehicle sustained minor damage, no injuries and the vehicle was removed from the scene by Samantha. 

On 04092026 at 1954 hours- Deputies were responded to a single vehicle accident at I-70 mile marker 303. Kenya Robinson of Topeka, KS was traveling westbound in a 2015 Nissan Murano and left the roadway and struck a guardrail. No injuries reported and the vehicle was removed by Bud’s Wrecker Service.

On 04092026 at 2016 hours- Deputies arrested Kenya Robinson of Topeka, KS on I-70 at mile marker 303 for Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Transporting an open container, Possession of Marijuana, and Illegal registration.

April 10

The Geary County Sheriff’s Office responded to or self-initiated a total of (23) Incidents, resulting in (11) cases, (5) citations and (4) arrests.

On 04102026 at 1030 hours- Deputies arrested Britt A. Nichole of Ogden, KS at 826 N. Franklin St. on a Riley County District Court warrant for Trafficking Contraband into a Correctional Facility, Traffic contraband into Correctional Facility or Care Facility: Intro items on Grounds.

On 04102026 at 1505 hours- Deputies responded to an injury accident in the 3700 block of Liberty Hall Rd. Upon arrival Deputies learned the accident occurred at the 2200 block of Liberty Hall Rd. Anthony Jones of Junction City, KS was traveling west in his 2020 Chevy Blazer when he struck a 2015 Dodge Durango being driven by Roger Hammond of Junction City, KS. Dodge Durango removed from scene by driver. Chevy Blazer removed from the scene by Bud’s Wrecker. Driver of Blazer transported to Stormont Vail.

On 04102026 at 1606 hours- Deputies arrested Nathan K. Riffle at 826 N. Franklin St. on a Geary County District Court warrant for Failure to Appear.

On 04102026 at 1720 hours- Deputies arrested Roylee Toussaint Gordon of Junction City, KS at 826 N Franklin St. on a Riley County District Court warrant for Failure to Appear.

On 04112026 at 0111 hours- Deputies arrested Ronald Flemmings of Fort Campbell, TN at 215 E 8 th St. for Disorderly Conduct.

The Geary County Sheriff’s Office responded to or self-initiated a total of (53) Incidents, resulting in (18) cases, (14) citations and (1) arrests.

On 04122026 at 2001 hours- Deputies arrested Mandi Heinz of Leon, KS at US-77 mile marker 150 for Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol.

On 04132026 at 0612 hours- Deputies responded to a non-injury accident at I-70 mile marker 298 involving two vehicles. Theresa Charbonneau of Junction City, KS was traveling east on I-70 near mile marker 298 when their 2015 Buick Lacrosse came into contact with Mark Bozarth of Junction City, KS 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. Both vehicles were removed from scene by their respective owner and no injuries were reported.
